Streams is a new feature from YouTube that will allows you to create your own page from your favorites videos and share it with you friends and other users from YouTube.
Creating a Stream
You can create your own stream from the TestTube page, or just go directly. The only required field is the title, and the rest are self-explanatory. Once you click "Save Stream Info," your room will be created and you'll enter it as the first member.
Commenting
On the right side of the screen, you can see a list of all the YouTube users in the room, the ongoing chat, and an open text box where you can type your comments.
Inviting Other People
Underneath the chat box, there's a Share URL you can copy and send to your friends via email, SMS, or IM.
Click on this screen to go to My Streams Page:
To see a video you need to click on the one that you choose and then click on it again from the playlist.
*Note: You have to Log-In to be able to use this service.

We can even go one step further and create a clone of YouTube. All the scripts for that are easily findable on the internet. But doing the same thing as YouTube is not a solution to success. There is only one way for me. Do not try to do what has already been done by those better money-backed players. Find a niche! Targeting a niche, whether it is about a special subject or a community, is the key of success. This is already too hard to find videos about something that interest us within the millions hosted by YouTube. By focussing on a specific content, you will create a community of users of your own, with a place they will gladly share around them as it will rapidly be theirs.
So what niche to choose? I have compiled a list of already 400 of YouTube-like sites with their niche on http://www.ilikesharingvideos.com/video-sharing-sites/en/
If you're interested in video sharing, you should give it an eye.
