VUVOX is an online service that can enable you create personal, collaborative & emotive slideshows using your own digital media – including video, photos, music and text.
There are still some features in progress so I couldn't add audio files and text, but even without it, you can still get some amazing, quality results in just few clicks.
First choose pictures/videos from your (or others) Flickr, Google, Photobucket or YouTube
Drag & Drop to the right bar, images or videos you want to mix-up together
Personalize and customize your creation by choosing your presentation style, adjust the colors, add background picture, and many, many more!

Really - it's definitely a growing class of products - media mixing online... fun, very addictive, improves existing content, cries out for sharing.
Have you tried iBloks (http://www.ibloks.com) yet? The trick there is the addition of 3D styles using 3D models from popular packages like 3DS-Max, Sketchup, etc.
