Show-Document is an Israeli-based service that enables instant live collaboration used to quickly show documents to friends and colleagues. User uploads a document and invites friends to view and annotate it live. All the participants in the session see each others' drawing, highlights, etc, and can also discuss about the content with the built-in chat.
Show-Document worked very smooth while I tested it. Come to think of it, this can actually be a good addition to services like Docstoc or Scribd.
