Split Browser Advantage

I like the FriendFeed real-time (beta) feature, but it is frustrating to stay on the page to watch the updates. The mini window option is also not such a great solution, because you can't really pin it in one place.

But I found an easy way that enables you to do that (and more).
Just download Split Browser plugin for Firefox, and splits the content area of the browser window as you like. It will help you in various cases. For example, to compare multiple webpages, or to show your calendar always etc.

But I use it to see real-time updates from FriendFeed while viewing other pages.

Opera has Opera Panels, which works almost the same :) .
