It's amazing how easily and quickly we get attached to and adapt new terms on the web. I believe that first it was LIVE, then came REALTIME, and the new buzz word of today is INSTANT - inspired by Google Instant of course.
What's even more amazing is that people have already created tools to handle this trending search behavior!
Here are all the "Instant" services I could find for you - All are great tools BTW. (I have a feeling that this list will grow by the end of this week..)

after like made revolution on how we react to content on the web & cherish it... comes Google and use this special tool to drive more traffic to Google, by google, with google tools.
